Program leadership

AFCS has various leadership positions with accumulating levels of scope and accountability in our Early Years programs. All leadership positions have a level of accountability for the provision of high-quality child care, early learning, and/or support services for children between the ages of 18 months and 12 years of age. Leadership positions oversee the delivery of program services through leadership of staff, management of admissions, planning and development of programs and services, assessment and evaluation of services, development and management of informational and financial resources, development of policies and procedures and effective communication with agencies, families, government representatives and the wider community.
